Shifting Gears, a series of Transition based services for students entering McMaster who are registered with SAS, including the Student Ally Program, a program that matches incoming students/1st year students with an upper year student who has had a year or two to get comfortable living and working in a University setting. The mentoring relationship is meant to answer questions and give support throughout the school year, helping students adjust to University life.
